Asking price has been reduced TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00) to $1,490,000!!!! Asking Price and Terms
We are still working on a few remaining projects, painting some trim, repainting some of the deck rails, landscaping the area around the deck off the garage apartment. We recently finish a nice retaining wall behind this deck which creates some outdoor space for the garage apartment. We will add some photos of this area soon after installing the landscaping. The price reduction is NOT an indication of a change in our opinion of value but is an insignificant change to attract attention. We will probably increase the price by that same amount on the next update. Some would call this CLICK-BAIT, and I think that is an accurate description of this price adjustment. Home
CHALLENGE TO ALL REALTORS:
I wonder why when Realtors inquire about this property, they only want to talk about the advantages of listing with their company, as opposed to having a buyer interested in the property? Are there any Realtors that have buyers? The commission that we are paying for a Buyer's agent is the same 3% that the listing agent is going to pay you. At asking price of $1,490,000, a Buyer's agent would be entitled to a commission of $44,700. Not a bad pay date for spending a couple of hours with your purchaser in Dahlonega on a fantastic mountain property. www.walnutcovecreekfarm.com
