Barn, office, tack room and hay storage

The barn is more than just a farm building! It includes conditioned space for an office/bedroom, kitchenette, full bath, and a tack room. The barn itself has 5 full stalls, approximately 12x12 feet. The opening in the middle is a wash stall with overhead water hose (hot and cold water). On each end of the office (middle section) is hay storage (one accessible via the loading platform and the other by hay elevator.
All areas of the barn stalls and paddock have a grid and rock system in the ground to allow water runoff and prevent the areas from becoming mucky and muddy. These pictures were made shortly after a significant rainfall - the paddock area is covered in river sand, which has begun to dry out already - It is never, ever muddy or mucky!
There are remote control cameras installed in the paddock area.
Additionally, the front and back side of the barn have 10 foot overhangs to protect you in inclement weather.

Inside each stall are hay feeders, water troughs and ceiling fans.

The tack and feed room is connected to the office/bedroom upstairs via internal staircase. It has a separate HVAC system, a sink, and a washer and dryer.
This is the hay storage room that enters from the outside loading platform. The other hay storage is off of the office and is loaded/unloaded via a hay elevator.

The office/bedroom is a unique feature of this barn complex. It is centered and elevated above the stalls and paddock with a small patio on the front side looking over the paddock, house and lower pasture. The cascading sounds of Walnut Creek are accented with the notes from the chimes on the patio.
This space includes a full bath, again with a custom tile shower and a kitchenette. It is currently being used as an office/art studio and overflow bedroom with the pullout bed sofa.
