3 Car Garage & Apartment
The garage is detached and accesses the house via the deck on the North side. The garage to house access was designed to be handicap-accessible. The garage contains 3 bays with separate garage doors. The middle bay is designed to accommodate a full-sized pickup truck (such as the F-250 we have). The garage has a separate closet and a sink with hot and cold water. We are currently installing additional cabinets and shelving after we finish painting the garage.
Additionally, there is a separate tool room built into the garage with exterior entry.
There is a guest or in-law suite above the garage with a separate exterior entrance. This suite has a full kitchen, living area, full bath with custom tile shower, bedroom and two closets.
